Think Aviation ….Think India!

In view of the remarkable 18% annual growth in the civil aviation sector in India, the 2nd edition of the India Civil Aviation Week – Airport & Airline 2008 Expo was organized by Exhibitions India Group from 18-20 March at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The event was supported by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India and Airport Authority of India. A host of leading association including International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) supported and endorsed the event.

The event focused on the progress made in the civil aviation field and the numerous opportunities available in India. Aimed at tackling key issues of business, technology and strategies in this sector, the 2nd Civil Aviation Week India – Airport & Airline 2008 Expo brought in the global players on a common platform with the Indian policy makers and industrialist to deliberate upon the challenges and to provide a comprehensive solution that would chalk out a road map for future progress in the Indian civil aviation industry.
