The 2nd Civil Aviation Week - Airport & Airline 2008 Expo - India's largest and complete Civil Aviation Event will now be held in Hall 14, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 18-20 March 2008.

The venue owners - India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) has communicated to us that they will be able to provide us Hall 7 for move-in (for raw space exhibitors) only on 17th March 2008 at 10.00 am. Since the show is scheduled to commence on 18 March 2008 from 1000 hrs, the raw space exhibitors will have less than 1 day to complete their stand construction and design.

Since more than 25% exhibitors have booked raw space at the event and taking into account the interests of all participating companies, the "2nd Civil Aviation Week - Airport & Airline 2008 Expo" has been moved to Hall 14 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Hall 14 is a single hall with only one main access point for Entrance & Exit. This single Entry and Exit way also streamlines the visitor flow and ensures that visitors cover most of the booths inside the hall, before they move out.
