1. Show Directory

The Airport & Airline 2008 Expo show directory is used extensively during the exhibition as a show guide. Visitors refer to it for information on exhibitor listing, products and booth locations. The show directory is distributed FREE to exhibitors, visitors and conference delegates. It is also distributed to government offices, trade associations, chambers of commerce, embassies, trade consulates, etc.

Long after the show is over, the show directory is used as a source of reference and information. Hence, it has an everlasting impact for exhibitors.

A. Listing: All exhibitors are entitled to a "FREE" listing in the show directory including: a) Exhibitor company's profile (not exceeding 200 words), b) description of company's products (not exceeding 200 words), c) products on display, d) Exhibitor's company name, address, telephone & fax number and web site, e) name of exhibitor’s contact and e-mail, f) principal's / agent's name, and g) booth number.

B. Show Directory Product Index: All exhibitors are entitled to a "FREE" listing in the Product Index of the show directory.

C. Show Directory Advertisement: We strongly recommend advertising in the official show directory to give your company better visibility and attract trade visitors to your stand. An advertisement in the show directory is a productive, long-lasting and cost effective advertising investment.

The daily news bulletin is a 16/20 page four-colour newsletter providing updated information on each day of the event. The daily news bulletin is distributed on all days of the exhibition to trade visitors, exhibitors and conference attendees at the show.
